Joint call for innovation projects – 58.2 million DKK

Solving the sustainability challenges of our time requires more than good ideas – it requires collaboration. That’s why four Danish Innomissions—INNO-CCUS, MissionGreenFuels, AgriFoodTure, and BioSolutions have joined forces to launch a joint innovation call with a total funding pool of 58.2 million DKK, supported by Innovation Fund Denmark.

The call invites ambitious, cross-sector innovation projects that can help accelerate Denmark’s green transition and contribute to meeting national climate targets.

In the call, applicants are invited to target one of the four thematic areas, each addressing key sustainability challenges:

  • New and innovative regulatory solutions
Develop policy recommendations and regulatory changes that can remove barriers and accelerate green solutions. Projects should produce actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Green transition and land use
Optimize land use across food, energy, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration needs. Projects should propose planning strategies that reduce conflicts between solutions.
  • Engaged citizenship for large-scale transitions
Identify and test strategies for citizen involvement in the green transition—both in rural and urban communities. Projects should address behavior change and civic engagement.
  • Carbon balance and management
Develop integrated approaches to managing carbon across sectors, including agriculture, industry, and energy.

Don’t miss out!

The call is open to companies, researchers, NGOs, and public stakeholders across sectors. If you’re looking to make an impact and take part in groundbreaking collaboration, this is your chance.

Application deadline: September 17th 2025, at 12:00 (noon CEST)
